There’s no need to list off statistics to prove that stress affects the entire body. We have all experienced it from time to time, some more than others. From Chronic Fatigue to decreased energy levels, mood and appetite, the symptoms of stress can take a physical toll on your body.
Our bodies don’t discriminate between big stress or little, it’s just stress and we are all dealing with it on a global level right now. So, what can we do to reduce it and how can I help?
