There’s no need to list off statistics to prove that stress affects the entire body. We have all experienced it from time to time, some more than others. From Chronic Fatigue to decreased energy levels, mood and appetite, the symptoms of stress can take a physical toll on your body.

Our bodies don’t discriminate between big stress or little, it’s just stress and we are all dealing with it on a global level right now.  So, what can we do to reduce it and how can I help?

Right now, you need to breathe.  I mean big belly stretching breathing.  My training as an mBIT coach has taught me that breathing is one of the most important things we can do.  Did you know most people don’t breathe properly and are even less likely to when stressed?

For a simple session on breathing, download my e-book “Seven Days of Focus” .  You can also download great free breathing apps from your app store to help you when you need it the most.

It’s the best strategy to help manage your stress levels.  Start now!
